As our company is growing and always making strides towards positive change, we are more than ecstatic to not only welcome a few new members to our JPC Event Group Team, but also welcome back a few seasoned veterans as well! With the help of our current team and these added members, we are right on track to having one of our best wedding seasons yet!
After a one year sabbatical, we are extremely delighted to have Rohn Sambol back as our Executive Chef! Once again, Rohn will be spearheading the Savor by JPC Kitchen and also our farm and local food sourcing program. Rohn has a sincere passion for food and for creating the tastiest, one of a kind dishes, and he is ready to put his skills to the test for this year’s clients. Working closely with CEO Jody Wimer, the pair already has savory plans of new menu development and local food partners! We can’t wait for you to see what we have in store!
Although Rohn is the head of our kitchen, he couldn’t do it without the help of his Catering Managers. We are delighted to also be welcoming Joanna Strickland to our team as a full time executive staff member! After assisting in a part time capacity over the past 10 years, Joanna has assumed great customer service skills and a head for organization! She now joins the team full time, and will continue to create fabulous events for her clients as a Catering Manager.
Last but not least, meet our Inventory Manager, Ed Kleckner! If you can dream it, he can build it! Not only does Ed do a superb job at managing and organizing our inventory and stock room, but he also assists in creating and building new projects for our clients and Rustic Acres Farm! We are very lucky to have him on our team.
As we like to say here at JPC Event Group, “Teamwork makes the dream work,” and our new team is ready to do just that. We look forward to making our client’s dream a reality in the upcoming 2016 season!
